You can only use an InterRail Pass if you are a European resident. If you are not a European resident, you can travel with a Eurail Pass (see www.eurail.com).

只有欧洲居民（或在欧洲的留学生等有欧洲居住证的人）才可以买InterRail，它的价格比Eurail要便宜一些。
